This was a very interesting project. The idea behind this work is that a corncob is eating POPCORN and suddenly realises that it is technically performing cannibalism. Something that is not praised enough in the animation industry is the art of lipsyncing by drawing. I used a lip-sound pronunciation chart to match the mouth shapes but I still found it quite tricky. Overall I was pleased with this assignment and found it quite fun to experiment with color and simplistic shapes. I also really enjoyed making the eyes move about.
